Many of Sean's customers are impressed with his commitment to working through complex jobs to find the right solution. His friendly four-legged side-kick Marley the Kelpie is a welcomed extra set of paws on most jobs (she can take a break in the car or at home on request).

Sean was destined to become a locksmith from a young age. He had a keen interest in understanding how things worked, often pulling apart toys and household items to put together again. Sean has strong family values and does a lot to help out his loved ones, including using his locksmithing skills to enhance security around their homes. He also has a mischievous sense of humor that has caused their hearts to skip a few beats over the years. Ever the prankster, as a young apprentice, he once changed the locks on his family home while they were out! He also remembers a time he was getting takeaway dinner with his dad in the family's old XE Falcon. Having gone in to collect their meal, the father and son came back to the car to realise the keys were locked inside. Sean was able to use his newly-learned skill to retrieve the keys.
